Sign-on day for Rivers will take place in the foyer of the Rivers Baptist Church auditorium located at 90 Francis Rd, Lawnton on the following days/times:
Friday 5th February 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturday 6th Febraury 9:00am – 12:00pm
The fees for 2010 season are as follows. I believe our club still has some of the lowest fees in the association:
Juniors (Under 7 – Under 8) $135.00
Intermediate (Under 9 – Under 15) $145.00
Seniors $100.00 (+ additional $5 game fee each week)
As we have done in the past, we will acknowledge a family discount of $10 per sibling after the first registration.
As you may be aware, Rivers Baptist Soccer Club ask require players to purchase their uniforms, as throughout the season we have found it to be a much more manageable system. We find players love having their own jerseys, and aside to this it inevitably allows us to continue to keep season fees very low. If well looked after, playing kits can last 3-4 years.
If you require a new kit or one of either a jersey, shorts or socks please find the prices below:
Jersey - $20
Shorts - $20
Socks - $10
If you would like a name printed across the back of your jersey, and additional charge of $1.50 per letter is required. Playing kits must be either ordered or purchased at the time of sign-on.
If you have football boots that you can no longer use, we would like to encourage you to bring these down to the church office (preferably before sign-on day), and we can make them available to other players who have smaller feet. Hopefully, on sign-on day you can find a pair of boots to fit your slightly larger foot.
N.B. Boots will cost approximately $5/pair - limit one pair of boots per player
Church office hours are as follows:
Monday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Tuesday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
This year, the club committee have asked that fees be either paid in full, or an alternative payment arrangement be made with the club before the season begins. We will not be allocating a player to a team until one of the two 2 fore-mentioned arrangements have been made. Payment options we will accept are cash, card or cheque.
Card facilities will be available on sign-on day, and cheques can be made out to: Rivers Baptist Church.
N.B. A 3% surcharge will apply for purchases made via Credit Card.

If you have friends or family that may have expressed interest to you about playing soccer this season, I would like to encourage you to please let them know the details entailed in this letter. We would love to see them playing soccer in Blue, White and Gold jerseys this year. We rarely widely broadcast our sign-on, and our club has very much been built on family acquaintances and word of mouth.
